We are looking for a talented Scheduler to join our Pre Contracts team You will be working with the tendering process developing detailed programs and as required working with the construction team providing your expert skills in updating programs including cost loading and resource loading.

To join our team you need to demonstrate comprehensive understanding of construction processes to planning and scheduling to ensure accurate recording of data. You must have excellent communication skills in both written and verbal form.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Provide professional network analysis, programming and planning services, advice across multiple tenders, projects and disciplines.
- Organise, implement and maintain scheduling management systems supporting projects and their plans.
- Conduct regular progress monitoring and detailed reporting on projects where required.
- Contribute to project planning and scheduling activities to gather relevant information to update project documentation.
- Develop schedules, cash flows and resource studies for use in tender submissions and post tenders.

**Connect with our People and Culture team if you are/have**:

- Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering or equivalent.
- 5+ years previous contractor programming / scheduling experience.
- 2+ years site experience (essential)
- Excellent communicator.
- Highly skilled in scheduling P6 and advanced Microsoft Project and MS Office skills.
- Well-developed analytical and report writing skills.
- Excellent team player.
