Ingress Training Academy is a CRICOS Registered Training Organisation delivering nationally accredited training programs in Automotive, Community Services, Information Technology, with Cookery and Hospitality Management as future delivery. Based in Sydney, you will work with a dynamic team supporting a diverse cohort of students.
**About this role.**
We are currently looking for highly motivated **Kitchen Management Trainers/ Assessors** for Immediate start to join our friendly and hard-working team. Duties will include all aspects of training and preparation, resource development, student management, student assessments, etc.

**Role responsibilities**
Key responsibilities include, but limited to:
- Provide student support services as identified/required according to individual learner needs.
- Plan, prepare, and deliver training and assessment in accordance with the TAS, delivery schedule, training session plans, and assessment instruments.
- Mark / Assess units of competency in alignment with the Assessor Guides
- Maintain training records, report on student progress and attendance in accordance with the policies and procedures of the RTO.
- Participate in professional development and industry currency activities in accordance with the RTO’s PD schedules.
**Essential selection criteria**
- TAE40116 - Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, or a higher level qualification in adult education
- Qualifications at least to the level being delivered and assessed eg ( Kitchen Management / Hospitality
- Minimum of three years post-qualification experience in industry relevant to your qualifications, gained no longer than five years previously.
- Must be able to provide evidence of industry currency
- Strong training and practical skills
- Training and assessment experience in the VET sector
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
- Must have continuous professional development records
**Here’s what you need to be successful in this role**:
- Qualification/s in the discipline that you are teaching [as above];
- Proven experience in the field you are teaching;
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116);
- Blue card or willingness to get one;
- Must be enthusiastic, professional and a great facilitator;
- Great time management, organisational and administration skills;
- Ability to engage and interact with students;
- Positive can-do attitude.
**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
**Salary**: $58,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- On call
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Auburn, NSW 2144: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Teaching: 3 years (required)
Licence/Certification:
- Driver Licence (preferred)

- Australia (required)
