The Role:
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with project coordination and internal communications
- Manage and create content for social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
- Support marketing efforts and track engagement insights
- Maintain filing systems and keep digital records organised
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong admin and organisational skills with attention to detail
- Confident with social media platforms (especially Instagram & Facebook)
- A positive, can-do attitude and a self-motivated work style
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Tech-savvy - comfortable with basic office and online tools
- Previous admin or customer service experience is a bonus

Our Work Philosophy

Our office hours are 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday, giving our team the flexibility to enjoy their afternoons and spend more quality time with family. We value balance, positivity, and building a workplace that fits real life.
Pay: From $33.00 per hour
