**About this role**
This is a great opportunity to join the Personal Injury Commission (Commission) as an Executive Support Officer working in the Principal Registrar’s Office. The Executive Support Officer will be required to proactively support the Principal Registrar, managing the office and coordinating whole of Commission work.
Flexible working is supported, and this means you would be required to attend the Commission’s office and connect with colleagues at least 3 days per week.
**About Us**
The Personal Injury Commission (Commission) resolves disputes between people injured in motor accidents and workplaces in NSW, insurers, and employers.
The Commission is an independent statutory tribunal within the New South Wales justice system, committed to providing a transparent and independent dispute resolution service. You can read more about the PIC here.
**In this Role you will**:
- Assist with the management of the Principal Registrar’s diary appointments, records and correspondence, and scheduling and supporting meetings to facilitate the effective management of their agenda.
- Provide a range of secretariat and administrative services, including coordinating committee meetings and preparing papers, to support project management delivery Gather, collate and provide background information and information for reports for the executive, to expected standards and within required timeframes, to support informed decision making and planning.
- Draft and prepare correspondence, agendas, minutes, presentations and briefing notes to support the achievement of business requirements.
- Assist with the reporting and currency of Human Resource management systems (people and structures) to ensure the Leadership team has up to date, reliable and complete information.
- Maintain and update administrative practices, systems and procedures to improve efficiency and service delivery outcomes.
**To be successful in this role you will demonstrate**:
- Experience providing high quality executive and project support services to Senior Executives.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and achieve outcomes.
- Ability to respond flexibly to changing circumstances.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external clients, maintain confidentiality and act with discretion.
