**Troocoo**
Troocoo Government are currently aiding in the recruitment of a Change Coordinator (A06) to join the team at large Queensland State Government Statutory Authority. The Change Coordinator will support the Project Acceleration Officer program of work that is driving their current whole of business transformation.

This contract opportunity will be for 12-month full-time fixed term period, based within the Brisbane CBD.

**The Role**
The Change Coordinator will play a vital role in ensuring that the organisations change initiatives meet objectives on time and on budget, through increased employee adoption and usage. Your primary responsibility will be the execution of change management strategies that maximise employee engagement and the adoption of changes to existing processes & systems.

As the Change Coordinator you will:

- Develop change management strategies and plans that aim to facilitate business transformation across the organization.
- Assess and analyse business change impacts and change readiness, determine business needs, and support the development and delivery of communications and support services
- Support the design and delivery of training programs across various mediums such as face-to-face, videoconferencing and e-learning options.
- Initiate and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Forward plan and coordinate the development of change management programs, including training and tools and facilitate the development and delivery of presentations.
- Integrate change management activities into program/project plans.
- Identify, analyse and prepare risk mitigation tactics and manage anticipated resistance and evaluate user readiness.
- Support and engage leaders, consult and coach project teams, managers and supervisors.
- Create actionable deliverables for the key change management elements in line with the ADKAR Change Management Model.
- Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress and track and report on success and issues.

**The Requirements**
To be successful in the role as a Delivery Manager you would have the following
**highly** desirable experience/qualifications:

- Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges.
- Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle
- Change management certification or designation desired including experience with and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
