Government agency looking for 2 x Principal Property Advisors to assist with an extensive property portfolio.

**Your new company**
Our client is a Queensland government agency based in Ipswich and Brisbane that provides a number of water services including water storage, transport and treatment, and overall planning and management to their real property portfolio. Their Property, Fleet and Services team delivers support to the business's operational needs to deliver optimal results to customers. Due to secondment, they are looking to add 2 x Principal Property Advisors to their team to support, advise and assist their property services officers.

**Your new role**
You will be responsible for providing support to the agency's property portfolio by coordinating licenses and leases and negotiating leasing and ownership requirements of the portfolio. You will also be facilitating acquisitions and disposal of property, as well as coordinating administration of title registration. You will also support the property services unit through the provision of relevant licenses and leases for the agency's residential property portfolio, as well as contributing to the implantation of projects to ensure they are meeting project objectives. Occasional travel to the Ipswich offices will be required.

You will be offered an immediate start in a full-time contracted role within a Queensland government agency located in Ipswich. You will be offered an initial 6-month temporary contract with the possibility of extension, paying an A06 rate + super. You will also have the opportunity to work from home.
