We are currently looking for an IT Change Analyst / Coordinator to join our team and support a customer who is going through a merger by providing IT change request BAU support
**Your day at NTT**
- Review and analyse IT change requests
- Identify and communicate conflicts
- Manage and coordinate the change request activities
- Support the broader team by chasing approvals for changes
- Provide day to day BAU support
**What would make you a good fit for this role?**
- Demonstrated experience as a Change Coordinator or Change Analyst
- Experienced managing IT Change requests from start to finish
- Proactive and strong communication skills
- Highly proficient with stakeholder engagement
