Redpath Partners are working with a global giant in the real estate sector who are seeking a Facilities Manager with Commercial Office & Retail expertise to join their Sydney based team and take on the operational management of one of their key luxury assets of circa 60,000 square meters.
You will ensure that compliance, safety, financial, environmental and presentation directives are achieved in this asset.
If you are a Facilities Manager with experience managing a multi-tenanted commercial office with retail units and want to work for the leader in real estate, then this could be for you.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Conduct periodic maintenance inspections of services, plant and equipment and provide an annual report to the Clients as part of the Business Plan and Budget process.
- Manage fit outs to ensure compliance with base building and minimise disruption to other tenants and services.
- Develop appropriate scopes of works and contract documentation to allow contracts to be tendered.
- Assist to maintain an asset register of all plant and equipment.
**The individual**:
- Have in-depth experience and knowledge of the plant room (being able to assist what is what and if it is a minor or major fix)
- 5+ year’s Facilities Manager experience with an A-Grade asset.
- 5+ year’s experience as a Facilities Manager managing commercial and retail assets.
- Facilities Management or Property Management qualifications.
- Training in current WHS, QA and ideally environmental legislation and systems.
