**The role**

In this role, you’ll be hands-on with the nuts and bolts of housing and infrastructure delivery across NSW’s metro regions. As part of the Urban Development Program, you'll help bring government, councils, and industry into alignment—making sure housing priorities are backed by infrastructure and on track for delivery.

You’ll manage everything from data updates and stakeholder meetings to briefing papers and inbox support, keeping projects on time and properly documented.

You’ll juggle multiple deadlines and priorities while making sure processes are smooth and transparent. If you thrive in a fast-moving environment and know how to bring structure to complexity, this role puts you right in the mix.

**What you will bring to the role**
- Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and tracking progress across multiple tasks
- Experience in data management and reporting, with accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficiency in document preparation and record-keeping for monitoring, evaluation and decision-making
- Well-developed administrative skills, including managing workflow, mailbox enquiries, and meeting coordination
- Clear and professional written communication for reports, briefing papers, and formal correspondence
- Effective verbal communication and stakeholder liaison to support committee meetings and working groups
- Proven ability to deliver results under pressure, with competing priorities and tight deadlines
- Demonstrated strength in working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
