**Description**

**About the role**
- Lead, and influence the discovery and delivery of member-centric solutions supported by clearly identified member benefits both direct and indirect.
- Lead the development of technical requirements for opportunity-led initiatives with business areas and product teams across the RACQ.
- Leverage technologies such as HTML, JavaScript,.NET, SQL, Xamarin, Sitecore and Web API’s.
- Step in to lead a solution as required including design, costing, co-ordination, and specification activities ensuring that requirement deliverables meet business needs and expectations.
- Conduct continuous improvements on Digital initiatives implemented and identify opportunities for further optimisation within the process.

**About you**
- Must have professional verbal and written capabilities.
- Demonstrated negotiation, mediation and facilitation skills.
- Must have business acumen and industry knowledge with a strong understanding of business processes and products.
- Knowledge of digital IT trends and experience working with digital platforms.
- Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript and.NET.
- Experience working with JIRA and Confluence.
- Hands-on experience using UML to create sequence diagrams.
- Extensive experience working with API’s and Web services.
- Knowledge and use of process modelling tools to create BPMN and flow diagrams.
