Reporting to the Project Director, you will have a track record of successful Safety-first delivery in the civil and construction sectors and the ability to work across a portfolio of varied projects. As the Safety Manager, you will provide support to the operational managers and supervisors on HS&E compliance matters and be prepared to work collaboratively as a team in the field.

You will be working very closely with management and clients; a strong communicator, who is solutions orientated and enjoys building strong relationships and collaborating with stakeholders across the business.

You must be able to demonstrate the following:

- Implement corrective actions to remedy non-conformance
- Identify methods of improving systems and processes
- Assist in the investigation and management of incidents and hazards
- Facilitate HSEQ meetings and audits
- Research and assist in the development of safety policies for site.
- A strong commitment and understanding of WHS and its legislation
