**Position Summary**:
As a Pool Safety Inspector, you will conduct on-site inspections of residential and commercial swimming pools to assess compliance with local pool safety regulations—especially those relating to barriers, gates, and fencing. You’ll play a key role in helping customers meet legal obligations and protect lives by identifying and advising on corrective actions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform pool barrier and safety inspections in line with relevant state and local laws (e.g., Building Code, Swimming Pool Regulations).
- Inspect pool fencing, gates, latches, doors, and windows that provide access to the pool area.
- Assess compliance using company checklists and regulatory guidelines.
- Document inspection findings and issue compliance certificates or non-compliance notices.
- Communicate clearly with property owners regarding inspection outcomes and steps required to achieve compliance.
- Upload inspection reports and photos using our digital systems.
- Maintain awareness of current regulations and attend required training sessions.
- Represent Pool Safety Solutions with professionalism, integrity, and customer focus at every visit.

**Qualifications**:
**Required**:

- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Working knowledge of pool barrier safety regulations (training provided if needed)
- Strong communication skills and professional presentation
- Ability to work independently and manage daily travel and appointments
- Comfortable using mobile apps or digital tools for reporting
- Pool Safety Inspector accreditation (e.g., E1 Certified Inspector, where applicable)
- Previous experience in inspection, safety auditing, building/construction, or compliance roles

Pay: $110,000.00 per year
