Join our client's dynamic consultancy providing Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) solutions and services for corporate clients.

As the WHS Consultant Lead, you'll play a key role within the organisation, reporting directly to the Director of Workplace Risk. You'll lead the development and execution of the national safety strategy, providing strategic direction to the team of safety professionals across Sydney, Perth, Queensland, and Melbourne. This role offers the flexibility to work both virtually and from the office.

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Spearheading the national safety strategy, aligning it with organisational goals
- Leading the innovation hub to tackle evolving Workplace Health & Safety challenges
- Collaborating with the APAC Marketing team to craft a robust marketing strategy, keeping clients informed
- Providing expert guidance to the national team, overseeing delivery of safety solutions such as WHS Management Systems Reviews, Compliance and Risk Management, Due Diligence & Governance, Strategy & Performance Improvement, and Mental Health initiatives
- Identifying optimal resourcing solutions, considering client needs and individual capabilities
- Offering technical leadership and training to the Workplace Risk team and stakeholders
- Maintaining financial oversight of the Safety P&L, ensuring revenue targets are met
- Driving large-scale projects within the safety practice, from planning to completion
- Spearheading business development efforts, nurturing client relationships and exploring new opportunities
