**The role**:
The purpose of the Marketing Specialist is to provide expertise and support in marketing automation, marketing operations, marketing technology stack and lifecycle marketing programs at MyPass Global. The work of the Marketing Specialist supports the Marketing team in always achieving operational excellence, so shared GTM goals can be reached. The Marketing Specialist tracks and analyses market intelligence, performance metrics, feedback from GTM teams and voice of customer to continually improve execution and the buyer/customer experience, contributing to the attainment of business outcomes.
**Day to day**:
- Grow and manage the marketing database, enriching data while maintaining hygiene and data currency
- Support the Marketing Programs Manager, Director of Marketing and Customer Success team in executing customer marketing activities, including but not limited to meetups, webinars, customer appreciation and advocacy initiatives etc
- Support the marketing team by tracking project and task progress for integrated marketing campaigns
- Perform event setup, audience acquisition, registrant communications and platform logistics for the ongoing webinar program
- Provide expert advice and custody of martech stack
- Provide Marketing Operations expertise and support for the Marketing team, interlocking with Revenue Operations and other relevant cross-functional teams
- Build best practice automation workflows
- Support Director of Marketing in strategic initiatives
- Analyse market research, database attributes, performance metrics, feedback/input collected from GTM teams and voice of customer to inform optimisation efforts.
- Reporting of metrics and results in focus areas.
**Our ideal MyPasser**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or relevant field
- Ability to slice and dice the database and perform complex audience segmentation and list builds
- Knowledge and experience in martech, eg. webinar platforms, account intelligence tools, ABM tools, product-led growth tools etc.
- Excellent written communications skills Strong understanding of how to tailor content for different channels, audiences, industries and markets
- An agile, adaptable self-starter and team player with a can-do attitude
- Experience using design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite would be highly regarded
- Hubspot certifications would be highly desirable.
- Knowledge of highly regulated industries would be favourable
- Experience in marketing to Americas would be a strong advantage Adhere to the standards of behaviours outlined in our company values
