**The opportunity**:
Our Property and Social Infrastructure team have a newly created role for an Operations and Administration Coordinator - National.
- Effectively manage internal projects supporting operations and key account directors
- Support internal processes for smooth operations, reporting and data collection.
- Assist with day-to-day operational matters and administration as directed but not limited to finance, human resources, business development opportunities, marketing and events and systems.
- Managing spreadsheets, IT platforms and creating a variety of reports
- General administrative assistance to your team
- Lead team culture initiatives.

- High attention to detail with the ability to multi-task
- Strong relationship building and rapport building skills
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritise
- Relevant and comparable experience working in an agile, fast paced and dynamic environment
- Proficient in Microsoft 365/Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Adobe InDesign and/or Adobe Suite experience ideal
