Laundy Hotels are looking for an experienced
**Social Media Coordinator** to support the Senior Designer and marketing team in developing and implementing social media content, campaigns, strategies and best practices across all relevant online platforms.

These include, but are not limited to, the implementation of a new reservation management system, website re-platforming and the creation of a centralised reservations and events team.

**THE OPPORTUNITY**
As a Social Media Coordinator with Laundy Hotels, you will be responsible for:

- Development of the social media strategy, content calendar, content creation, community management, copywriting and scheduling for each individual venue
- Develop and maintain a strong online presence across all mediums
- Produce social content and videos
- Best practice management of social media channels - Meta, TikTok and others
- Online representation of brand that is consistent with each venues tone of voice, style guide, generating on-brand content
- Reputation management & online complaint handling
- Assist with other marketing projects and day-to-day tasks
- Liaise with general managers and photographers
- Provide briefings to influencers and assist in the coordination of photo shoots
- Keeping on top of social trends and helping to identify new opportunities

**WHO ARE YOU**

As a driven, passionate and focused individual you will possess the following attributes and skills:

- Exceptionally skilled in Adobe Suite / Canva / Capcut or Inshot (or similar video editing software)
- Experience producing high-quality graphic content and social videos
- A social media guru with a creative mind, who is able to think outside the box to come up with fresh and on-brand ideas and concepts
- An eye for photography, composition and interested in brand story telling
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with great attention to detail
- A creative and innovative mindset, enhanced with strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- Critical thinker with a sense of ownership and pride in performance
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
