Fitness Studio Manager

We are looking for an amazing studio manager to work across our two flagship locations

**Responsibilities**
- Ensuring the class delivery is at a consistent 10/10 standard, promoting an energetic & welcoming environment for members
- Responsible for the management of the studio & it's staff
- Maintain and grow the total membership base to increase studio revenue month over month
- Responsible for membership acquisition and retention, including conducting referral/lead generation activities
- Ensure the sales process is followed at all times
- Manage studio budgets and maintain expenses
- Manage all class scheduling and trainer rostering / time-sheets
- Manage all daily operational procedures
- Manage local area marketing / outreach and organic social media platforms
- Ensure all Front Desk systems and practices (such as Mindbody) are maintained
- Ensure studio practices/processes are adhered to, including member check-in, telephone inquiries, payment handling and general member enquiries
- Managing business to business and corporate partnerships
- Maintain cleanliness, appearance and organisation of the studio
- Maintain all studio equipment and ensure repairs and replacements are scheduled on time
- Maintain a strong working knowledge of all workouts and athletic updates
- Ideally within this role, the manager will also facilitate 8/10 classes per week

**Skills**
- At least 2 years of Business / Administration Management experience
- At least one of these qualifications is required - Reformer / Mat Pilates, Cert 3 / 4, 200hr yoga certified
- **Preferred - Reformer Pilates, Mat Pilates certified**:

- Marketing background highly desirable
- Must be extremely passionate about changing members lives and building a strong community
- Loyal, honest and always willing to go the extra mile

- Keen to learn new skills and develop themselves

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

The position requires a range of **skills and experience**:

- Group Fitness and 1 on 1 Training experience
- Deep understanding of muscle development and muscle mechanics.
- Proven ability to retain clients
- Energetic, passionate and goal-oriented
- Excellent customer service and support skills
- Highly organised, conscientious and flexible
- Quick Learner and high level of retention - to learn and retain knowledge on EMS training and the research surrounding it.
- Innovative ideology towards fitness
- Ability to do shifts that work with opening hours - early mornings, evenings, weekends etc.

Required qualifications and certifications:

- Bachelor in Sports Science or Exercise Science OR
- Certificate IV in Personal Training
- First Aid Certificate, or willing to obtain
