Laundy Hotels are seeking a
**Marketing Coordinator** to support the Group Marketing Manager by planning, scheduling and executing marketing plans for a portfolio of venues.

There are number of key projects underway that will transform our approach to marketing and customer experience. These include, but are not limited to, the implementation of a new reservation management system, website re-platforming and the creation of a centralised reservations and events team.

**THE OPPORTUNITY**
As a Marketing Coordinator with Laundy Hotels, you will be responsible for:

- Supporting and assisting the Marketing Manager
- Assisting in the execution and delivery of annual marketing plans
- Supporting the development and distribution of on-brand marketing material for each venue
- Interaction with agencies, suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Managing, monitoring and creating content for all social media channels within your portfolio
- Assisting with admin and maintenance of websites including creating content, uploading imagery, writing and proof reading
- Creating content and develop EDM’s to venue database

**WHO ARE YOU**

Additionally, the successful applicant will be highly tech-savvy, possessing an ability to execute creative marketing campaigns that drive results plus happy to learn on the job.

As a driven, passionate and focused individual you will possess the following attributes and skills:

- Studying or degree qualified (Marketing or Communications preferred)
- 1 years’ experience in a similar role
- Hospitality interest or experience would be advantageous
- A creative and innovative mindset, enhanced with strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with great attention to detail
- Critical thinker with a sense of ownership and pride in performance
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Current drivers’ license and car is required

Note this position is based in our Head Office, located in Drummoyne 2047 NSW.
