**About the Role**:
As a Medical Administration Officer, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support to our doctors, Clinic Manager, and Operations Manager. Your responsibilities will include managing appointments, handling paperwork and data entry and maintaining communication with external providers.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Answering phone and enquiry calls promptly and professionally.

2. Organising and managing paperwork, including pathology results.

3. Proficient use of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.

4. Efficiently multitasking and managing time to prioritise tasks.

5. Data entry and record management.

6. Providing comprehensive administrative support to managers, including handling patient records.

7. Organising and preparing supplies for on-site doctor visits.

8. Effective communication with recruitment offices and other providers to allocate healthcare professionals.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in administrative roles.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and switch tasks promptly.

**Additional Details**:

- Part-time position, 20 hours per week, with flexible hours and the possibility of remote work.
- Training provided for on-site medical software and other systems.
- Supportive team environment with training and guidance.
- Opportunity to assist in social media management if required.

Pay: From $35.00 per hour
