**_ What you’ll be doing_**

The Project Officer role will support the implementation, management, monitoring and evaluation of a diverse range of projects, contracts and services to contribute to the achievement of strategic and operational objectives for the Screening and Prevention Division. The role will manage and contribute to projects and project streams which will vary in nature, including developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, awarding and managing grants, undertaking initiatives to engage priority populations, and the evaluation of projects, as well as the provision of secretariat services to key program committees.

**_ Remuneration/Benefits_**

In addition to base salary:

- 11.5% superannuation
- 4 weeks annual leave (plus 17.5% leave loading)
- 10 days sick leave
- 40 hours per week which include accrual of monthly Allocated Day Off (ADO) x 12 per year.

- Tertiary qualifications in an appropriate discipline such as health, public health or health promotion or equivalent, and relevant professional experience and training.

Describe how you ensured that all project deliverables were completed on time and managed stakeholder expectations. What key factors influenced the development and successful implementation of the project?

2. Please describe a project where you engaged with a diverse group of stakeholders. What strategies did you use to identify and understand the key stakeholders, including their priorities? What did you do to engage them in the project?
