Supply Chain Administrator*
Our Pact Packaging division is pioneering a whole of product life cycle approach to sustainable packaging. Partnering with global brands to local dairy producers, we integrate supply chain efficiencies and sustainable practices into everything we design and manufacture.
**About this opportunity**
The purpose of this role is to support the supply chain functions in Australia for Pact Packaging NZ, during a period of growth, through providing administration duties and undertaking research projects as required.
Your focus will be
- Monitoring stock levels and identifying potential issues and solutions
- Tracking orders and deliveries and ensuring high DIFOT is maintained
- Support and back up customer services
- Investigate supply chain related NCRs

**Your key responsibilities**
- Support the sales function of Alto Packaging NZ in Australia
- Support the Supply chain function of Fresh Foods, especially Pact Albany and Wellington.
- Assist with the logistics component of imports
- Support NCR investigation and processes and managed returned stock.
- Must be aware and comply with the internal Health and Safety policy

This role reports to the Supply Chain Manager.
Some of the main challenges you will face in this role are:

- Collaboration across the site and segment regarding supply chain requirements
- Impact of FC and changes in demand on the supply chain function
- Understanding of systems
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery
- Follow up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change orders
- Liaise with warehouse staff to ensure all products arrive in good condition
- SAP transactions & data accuracy

To be successful in this role you will need:

- Work experience as a business administration, planning, or purchasing.
- Strong English communication & Math
- Good understanding of supply chain procedures
- Great attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure
- Good administrative, analytical, and organization skills

**Desirable skills**:

- Strong knowledge of MS Office & SAP
- Interest in Logistic operations
- S&OP experience and forecasting
