Overview:
The Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) Territory Manager is responsible for sales growth and market development of the defined regional territory, strategic sales leadership and support for the international sales team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide strategic vision and leadership for a team of senior sales representatives growing the ANZ territory
- Responsible for developing sales action plans for major accounts in each region with sales representatives
- Contribute to business planning by positioning products as a part of the overall ergonomic solution
- Weekly sales appointments and presentations with end-users, dealers, designers and A&D accounts.
- Complete sales activity and opportunity reports as well as maintaining customer contact database.
- Effectively work with Humanscale internal stakeholders across multiple functions including Operations and Customer Services
- Perform competitive analysis, gather marketing information on customer use and needs for input into development of new products and programs
- Participate in sales meetings, project updates and training sessions
- Facilitate and launch new products
- Develop strategies to ensure that the entire Humanscale product portfolio is promoted in the market

Qualifications:

- Proven background in achieving challenging country sales targets
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- Successful track record of planning and execution of corporate sales goals

**ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Solid understanding of ergonomic principles, a plus
- Knowledge and/or experience in office furniture or related industry, a plus
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Skillful negotiation and presentation abilities
- Highly motivated, with aggressive follow-up and closing skills
