**About the role**:
Join a global healthcare company dedicated to transforming patient care through innovative medical products. As territory manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and fostering client relationships across NSW & ACT. Your keen market insights will guide strategic approaches to reach sales targets, subsequently contributing to the expansion of their footprint in the industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Effectively sell a portfolio of products including **capital, disposables, software** and services across several different therapy areas
- Selling to a range of specialty areas (**Cardiology, General Surgery, Trauma, Orthopaedics, OB/GYN, Laboratory Medicine**)
- Responsible for overall territory management - developing and executing comprehensive territory plans to increase revenue and secure new business.
- Cultivate and nurture multi-tiered relationships with essential stakeholders, tailoring solutions to align with their needs and the portfolio’s products, driving mutual growth
- Work collaboratively with the Sales, Marketing and R&D team to continue product enhancements and maintain competitive advantage

**About you**:

- Proven sales experience of 3 years or more, within an acute care hospital environment (**Medical Devices**)
- Strong clinical and technical knowledge, with the ability to educate customers to effectively collaborate, impact and influence.
- Tertiary qualifications required
- Exposure to one or more of the Device therapy areas listed above.
