With a portfolio of highly respected devices across 6 commercial divisions including medical devices, pharmaceuticals, and food science you will be exposed to a broad range of products.

**The Role**
Due to continued growth, this organisation is looking for a Territory Manager in their Diabetes Division to look after the Northern NSW region. Reporting to the Business Unit Manager you will be responsible for managing and growing existing accounts as well as mapping the market to bring in new business.

No two days will be the same in this role and you will build relationships with specialists across both the public and private sectors.

Duties and responsibilities include:

- Develop a business plan for your territory
- Execute the business plan and related strategies
- Arrange meetings with customers across the different specialties and encourage product trials
- Organise and conduct product in-service training
- Increase customer awareness within your territory
- Growing sales within your territory
- Be the product and technical expert
- Maintain the customer database

**About You**
- Previous experience in Medical Device or Pharmaceutical sales
- Strong business acumen
- A positive attitude and an excellent team player
- Ability to build long-lasting relationships
- Strong IT skills
