**ABOUT THE COMPANY**

Lotus People are delighted to be partnering with a commercial law firm that deliver legal and commercial advice to organisations throughout Australia and Asia. **ABOUT THE ROLE**

**DUTIES**
- Managing recruitment and full employee life cycle
- Support and guide partners and managers with employee relations
- Maintain LMS and HRIS systems
- Support with learning and development and remuneration and benefits initiatives
- Opportunities to get involved in broad range of projects

You will have had exposure to generalist HR functions and end to end recruitment, with experience level varying. To be successful for this role you will have the ability working with enthusiasm in a fast paced environment both independently and collaboratively within a team

**Experience and Skills**
- Experience working within a similar role within professional services, financial services and banking is highly advantageous
- Excellent relationship skills and stakeholder management
- Outstanding organisational skills and ability prioritise numerous tasks
- Experience in problem solving and conflict resolution
- Ability to show initiative and a flexible 'can do attitude'
