**The Company**

An established independent federal government agency with a team of 50 people and a fantastic culture, this organisation is going through a time of growth and exciting projects, due to the recent change in government.

An organisation advising on policy and advice within one particular area, they make a huge impact given their relatively small size. Operating as a separate entity to government, with their own processes and approach, this is a fantastic role to learn and make a difference.

**The Role**

In this 4 week temporary role, you will be joining a wider P&C division who are seeking a People & Culture Advisor to support their team during a busy time. This role will see you involved in a range of tasks including the mapping and improvement of HR & Talent processes, as well reviewing and innovating internal policies and procedures. With offices based in Sydney CBD, this organisation is able to accommodate work from home flexibility a couple of days a week.

**The Duties**
- Synthesise and map a visual flow chart for HR & Talent processes
- Evaluate and identify areas of improvement across HR & TA processes
- Review and update internal policies and procedures

This is a fantastic opportunity for a HR Advisor who is eager to hit the ground running. Starting 31st May, you will have the ability to work full-time for a period of 4 weeks. To thrive in this role, you will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and have the ability to work autonomously. You will be experienced working across HR/TA processes improvement and mapping, as well as reviewing policies, procedures and providing recommendations/solutions.
