As a People and Culture Advisor, you will provide valuable support by delivering high-quality HR services and advice. Your primary focus will be on recruitment and onboarding, utilising your expertise in Taleo, our applicant tracking system, to streamline the hiring process.

You will be joining an organisation focused on the investigation of healthcare providers and promote ethical conduct within the healthcare sector, ultimately working towards enhancing patient experiences.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job advertising, resume screening, scheduling and conducting interviews, and reference checks.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs, develop job descriptions, and provide guidance on selection criteria.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives.
- Provide advice and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and HR policies.
- Contribute to the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a positive and engaging experience.
- Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports as needed.
- Stay updated on HR best practices and employment legislation to ensure compliance and provide proactive support.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a People and Culture Advisor or similar HR role within the government sector
- Solid experience with Taleo or other applicant tracking systems.
- Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
