The People & Culture (P&C) Advisor is at the heart of our Restaurant Support Centre (Head Office) and supports our P&C team with bringing all aspects of the employee life cycle and people promise to life.
You'll lead onboarding/offboarding processes and experiences, people system projects and ensure people data accuracy.
You'll also coordinate talent moves and related contracts.
ABOUT YOU – OUR NEXT ORIGINALRelevant tertiary qualification with major in Human Resource Management or business-related area preferred.
Minimum 3 years overall experience in Corporate P&C advisory roles.
Sound understanding of HRIS systems (integrations experience an advantage).
Experience maintaining people data and metrics.
Must have extremely high level of trustworthiness & attention to detail.
Proven track record of achievement in a fast-paced work environment.
Acts as a cultural role model to others.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills - both verbal and written.
Strong numeracy skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work without close supervision.
High work ethic, self-starter, team player.
Onboarding, people moves and offboarding: First and last touchpoint for all employees e.g.
administering contracts, onboarding co-ordination, announcements, partnering with payroll, maintaining org charts etc.
People Systems: Ensure all people data is accurate, files are well maintained and up to date.
Act as key P&C contact for our global teams on all things people-data and systems for the RSC (E.g.
Oracle and Paradox).
People Data & Insights: As we start to build Oracle as our HRIS, you'll take a lead on people analytics, including FTE tracking for SOPAC and pulling Talent insights.
Recognition Programs: Take a lead in keeping huge recognition culture alive, by running and administering long service / recognition awards and recognition programs.
Culture Club: We take engagement seriously at KFC You'll rally our cross functional culture club and support our business partnering team with activations and initiatives for our office (e.g.
inclusion initiatives and learning sessions).
Training & Capability Cycle: Run some of our annual training and development programs (e.g.
compliance training, development/feedback surveys) and support with our annual capability cycle.
Experience Exchange: Lead the program that coordinates giving our corporate team the opportunity to work inside our restaurants, experiencing firsthand the operations of our business.
P&C Comms: Draft all people cycle communications in an engaging wayAdvisory role: Act as the main go-to person for policy interpretation, general HR guidance for the RSC and any workplace accreditation support.
