Our client is a leading creative organisation with a diverse team and a strong brand in the market. They have a need for an experienced HR Contractor to join their team for an initial 6-month contract.
You will be working with a small, dynamic HR team providing support on a range of business-as-usual and project activities in the lead-up to a particularly busy season for the business. A key focus of the role will be supporting the upcoming EA negotiations - booking meetings, writing and distributing updates and coordinating the voting process. You will also take ownership of several D&I initiatives, including implementing the Reconciliation Action Plan across the organisation.
To be considered for this role you must have previous experience in a similar corporate HR Business Partner level position. You will be comfortable and confident to pick up work and manage a range of HR tasks through to completion. Strong project management skills as well as D&I and ER experience are highly desirable.
