- Job descriptionIn this 12 month fixed-term contract role, we are seeking an experienced Payroll and HR Administrator to provide administrative support to the Assistant Payroll Manager and the ANZ HR team. You will support the Assistant Payroll Manager to deliver payroll for over 550 employees across Australia and New Zealand and support the HR team in areas such as on-boarding and off-boarding.
**Key Responsibilities**
Payroll Administration
- Support the set-up of new employees and contractors in the payroll system
- First contact for employees and contractors with queries regarding payroll
- Facilitate payroll induction for all new employees
- Support month-end and year-end processes for payroll
- Ensure leave requests are actioned in a timely manner
HR Administration
- Manage the on-boarding process for new employees across Australia and New Zealand
- Draft and maintain templates for employment letters including contracts of employment, separation documents and employee change letters
- Prepare new starter and other on-boarding documentation
- Conduct background checks as required for employees and contractors
- Manage the off-boarding process for any leavers
