Job Description

The role of HR Manager involves leading and managing all aspects of human resources in a dynamic and growing organisation.

This position offers autonomy to shape and lead the HR function, a supportive leadership environment, and opportunities to make a meaningful impact across the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes for employees, contractors, and temporary staff.
  • Administer and maintain HRIS systems.
  • Prepare employment contracts, letters, induction packs, and other HR documentation.
  • Liaise with payroll to ensure smooth payroll processing.
  • Oversee compliance training and manage content within the Learning Management System.
  • Maintain accurate HR records, templates, and registers ensuring data confidentiality.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of Australian employment law and HR compliance.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
