**Customer Engagement Representative - Luxury Car Brand**

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Engagement Representative to deliver exceptional Customer Service within a professional Contact Centre environment. You will be driven by meeting targets and effortlessly reaching measurable KPI’s by delivering excellent Customer Service in a team environment.

This role is casual, however, 40 hours are available most weeks which would operate on a roster of 8 hour shifts between 8am and 9pm, Monday to Friday.

**Duties**:

- Work towards your personal and team goals, maintaining a positive customer experience as the core of your duties.
- Support with ad hoc outbound campaign work
- Record all customer activities with a detailed focus on data accuracy
- Use exceptional written and verbal communication skills with customers and client
- Meet and exceed KPIs by being a self-motivated, dedicated and hands-on team player

About You:

- Have a passion for cars
- Minimum 1 year in an Inbound Customer Service environment, preferably with an automotive or other luxury brand
- Ability to demonstrate Customer Service excellence as part of a team of existing long term agents
- Strong written & verbal English skills, combined with impeccable communication, organisational and time management skills
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with customers
- Highly driven and passionate about delivering results
- Experience with SalesForce is preferable
- Be an Australian resident or have the ability to work in Australia

Pay: From $27.50 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
