Are you passionate about luxury beauty and fragrance?

We're hiring enthusiastic and experienced Brand Ambassadors to represent world-class Luxury Beauty & Fragrance brands at our POP-UP activations across Sydney CBD & Metropolitan areas — including Parramatta, Burwood, Bankstown, Macquarie & Campbelltown

About Us:

One-Step Marketing & Promotions (OSMP) is a dynamic sales, marketing, and promotions agency. We proudly work with leading global brands and bring their stories to life through exceptional customer engagement and in-store activations.


About the Role:

We're looking for vibrant, energetic, and confident individuals to join our team of sales professionals. As a Brand Ambassador, you will:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service
  • Engage customers through brand storytelling
  • Educate shoppers on products and drive sales
  • Bring energy and personality to every interaction

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in luxury fragrance, skincare, or cosmetics
  • Pop-up retail experience and confidence in high-traffic environments
  • A results-driven mindset with proven ability to meet targets
  • Excellent communication skills and flawless grooming
  • A warm, outgoing personality with strong customer engagement skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a diverse, fast-paced team
  • Immediate availability to start
