Elevate your career with an iconic global brand synonymous with modern luxury and innovation. An exciting opportunity to join a powerhouse team, as the AU market ‘Brand Lead’.
Reporting directly into the Managing Director, this newly created position will play a pivotal role in shaping future excellence and market growth for the region.
**About The Role**:
As the Brand Lead, you'll be responsible for championing the modern luxury narrative across all channels. Your core focus areas will be in the ongoing custodianship, commercial performance and end to end customer experience for the brand. Your responsibilities will include:
- Monitor and implement the product vision, strategy, and AU market roadmap in alignment with global team.
- Represent the brand internally and externally, including acting as the brand representative for all media relations and national events.
- Develop and monitor execution of local launch plans, co-define the brands’ marketing comms & PR strategy.
- Own and facilitate end to end brand performance through data-driven measures, and provide insights to enhance brand experience, sales funnel, and customer care.
- Plan, deliver and monitor local P&L in conjunction with market specific product releases.
- Gather local market intelligence, collaborate with market teams, and ensure end-to-end brand performance.
- Foster the cohesive delivery of customer experiences across all products within the brand portfolio. Cross-functional collaboration with national sales, campaign, digital, and CRM teams to deliver exceptional outcomes.
**What You'll Need**:
To be successful in this role you will need a strong background (8+ years) in both
**product**
**and brand marketing**, ideally with experience in the luxury goods/services sector. You will require a tertiary qualification in a marketing/business-related discipline. By nature, you're a:

- Stakeholder Engagement: You’re a seasoned relationship builder, acting as a conduit between global and local teams, fostering strong cross-functional working partnerships.
- Luxury Sensibility: Polished, articulate and engaging, you are confident in your ability to represent a modern luxury brand.
- Commercial Acumen: Driven by numbers, capable of big-picture thinking and forward planning for the product and brand portfolio.
- Analytical Proficiency: Ability to innovate based on real data and deep insights across all product pillars. By nature you are a stickler for detail and passionate about insights.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership capabilities with experience inspiring and mentoring direct reports.
