- At Insignia Financial, we’re rebuilding and reimagining the digital platforms that power our business - in-house, from the ground up, and we’re looking for a Technical Lead - AEM to help make it happen.
- You’ll own real architecture decisions, lead a talented team of engineers, and work hands-on with AEM Cloud, Adobe Edge Delivery Services, and a modern front-end stack (React, Java, AWS). This isn’t a “configure and hand over” role - it’s deep engineering, tight integration, and delivery of high-impact, high-performance digital experiences used by millions.

**The opportunity to join our team**
- As Technical Lead, you’ll blend technical authority with team leadership. You’ll guide design and delivery, mentor engineers, and set the standard for how we build scalable, secure, AI-ready web platforms that power our multi-brand portfolio.
- Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the design and delivery of scalable, high-performance websites using AEM Cloud, Adobe Edge Delivery Services, and React
- Shape and drive best-practice AEM architecture, integrations, and development approaches
- Partner with Product, UX, content, marketing, and platform teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Drive integration between AEM and key marketing/technology platforms, including Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, CDPs, personalisation tools, AWS APIs, and member portals
- Promote Core Web Vitals, accessibility, and SEO best practices across all digital assets
- Mentor and coach engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high performance

**What you will bring**
- You’re an experienced AEM leader who can set the technical direction while still being close to the code. You thrive in fast-paced, in-house delivery environments and have the skills to design, build, and scale platforms used by millions.
- Proven experience delivering complex AEM Cloud solutions (HTL, Sling Models, OSGi, Core Components, templates, workflows, integrations)
- Full-stack development skills in Java, React, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML
- Hands-on experience with Adobe’s Edge Delivery Services and composable/headless architectures
- Knowledge of AWS services such as S3, CloudFront, API Gateway, and WAF
- Familiarity with modern engineering workflows - CI/CD, test automation, GitHub Actions/Jenkins
- Strong communication skills to bridge technical and business conversations, with a collaborative, problem-solving mindset
