Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Technical Lead based in Sydney, NSW, with opportunities for some remote work. The Technical Lead will oversee technical development, guide implementation teams, and ensure all deliverables align with project goals. Responsibilities include writing and reviewing code, mentoring team members, managing system architecture, and leading technical decision-making processes. Close collaboration with product managers, designers, and stakeholders will also be key to success in this role.

Qualifications

  • Experience with leading teams, mentoring developers, and overseeing technical execution
  • Strong expertise in programming languages, debugging, and version control systems
  • Knowledge of Agile principles, project management tools, and collaborative development practices
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities, communication skills, and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with cloud-based systems, database management, and DevOps practices
  • Experience in the construction or related industries is a plus
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
