About Us

This is a family-owned transport and warehousing business based in Carole Park. With a strong fleet and growing customer base, we’re looking for a motivated Junior Sales Associate to join our team and help drive our business forward.

The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Meet potential and existing customers face-to-face, building genuine connections and trust.
- Proactively generate new sales opportunities across transport and warehousing.
- Support customers by providing solutions and ensuring a high level of service.
- Work closely with operations to ensure smooth delivery of customer needs.
- Keep accurate and professional records using Microsoft Office tools.
- Represent our business with confidence, energy, and professionalism at all times.

What We’re Looking For
- Outstanding people skills - you must genuinely enjoy speaking with people, building rapport, and presenting solutions face-to-face. If you don’t love customer interaction, this role won’t be for you.
- Some experience in heavy vehicle transport and/or warehousing.
- Background in sales or customer service, ideally B2B.
- High level of computer literacy (MS Office suite essential).
- Motivated, eager to learn, and keen to grow with the business.
- Reliable, confident, and ready to step up in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $49,900.00 - $83,088.20 per year
