**What is the role**:
We are looking for a motivated self-starter to join our team as a Junior Sales Representative. In this role, you will support the growth of our business by developing new business opportunities and managing existing customer relationships. Your responsibilities will include:

- Assisting in identifying and winning new business to achieve revenue targets
- Building and maintaining an accurate and viable sales pipeline
- Understanding customer objectives, buying criteria, and decision-making processes
- Supporting the execution of sales strategies and plans as part of a team
- Acting as a primary point of contact for allocated customers to ensure optimal service
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
- Assisting the Head of Sales with processing internal sales procedures and other tasks
- Managing channel sales to expand market reach and drive sales growth
- Supporting marketing events and handling other ad hoc tasks as needed

**Who we are looking for**:

- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets
- Experience in B2B selling is a plus
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Energetic, autonomous self-starter with a can-do attitude
- Ability to work well in a team
- Good communication skills in both English and Mandarin
- Australian citizen or permanent resident
- Hold a valid driver’s license

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
