**About the Opportunity**

In this role you will work collaboratively within our, knowledgeable Retirement Living team to liaise and support families and representatives of families with finalising exit and entry contracts. You will be customer orientated and demonstrate a result-driven mindset that is committed to ensuring our residents feel valued at home.

This role is the friendly face and guided hand for individuals seeking their ideal retirement lifestyle. Some of your responsibilities will include but not limited to,
- Keeping track of empty rental units to make sure they’re inspected and handed over promptly.
- Providing administrative support to the Sales Team.
- Assess potential leads from both incoming and outgoing sources to boost sales using CRM forms.
- Assisting in conducting marketing research, competitor analysis and customer concerns in a prompt and efficient manner.

**About You**

You have previous experience in Retirement Living sales or transferrable skills.

You are kind, even when a bit stressed out, dynamic and energetic. You are also flexible and adaptable to change.

You take accountability and own your work.

You have the desirable knowledge of the Retirement Living Act.

You are passionate about caring for people in the community and will contribute your ideas and hard work to make ECH better every day.
