**About the Opportunity**

As the Rural Sales Associate, you will be supporting the General Manager and Rural Sales Division. This role is perfect for someone who is experienced in sales and who will share Pioneer Water Tanks passion for making a positive impact in rural communities while driving success in sales

In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to learn from a leading sales specialist & upskill yourself. You will engage with customers with sales and help strengthen Pioneer’s reputation as a trusted name in water security.

Your responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):

- Respond to inbound inquiries from customers, delivering exceptional service and timely follow-ups
- Prepare detailed and accurate quotes, ensuring customer satisfaction and successful conversions
- Build strong relationships with rural customers by understanding their unique needs and communicating value effectively
- Maintain and update pricing information
- Administration duties including the managing & maintenance of CRM
- Occasional marketing duties required
- Provide administrative assistance to the General Manager and Rural Sales Division, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations

**About You**

To be successful in this role, you will be a self-motivated go-getter with a customer-centric mindset. You will have an excellent ability to develop and maintain longstanding relationships with both internal and external stakeholders

In addition to the above, you will:

- A proactive, self-motivated attitude and a strong commitment to delivering results
- 1 year of inbound sales experience
- Strong relationship-building and the ability to work in a team environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confident and professional in answering the phone, managing incoming calls and routine follow-ups
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work independently
- Ability to determine client’s needs and provide suitable recommendations for their benefit
- Understanding of CRM software such as Maximizer

It is also highly desired if you have previous sales experience within the rural or agricultural context
