With our business growth and moving into new premises, we need an experienced
**Business Support Officer** to take on a range of (exciting and very important) admin functions, including accounts, marketing and sales support, office management (phones, stationery, kitchen), team events, EA support to MD, and develop HR documentation for clients and help consultants with HR consulting projects.

The Harrison HR team consists of talented professionals across HR, OD, WHS and recruitment consulting.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**
Reporting to the Business Manager you will cover:

- HR and recruitment admin support to consultants and clients.
- Business development support - draft proposals, help with tenders, events, marketing e-newsletters, social media posts.
- People and culture - help organise team events and meetings, professional development, onboarding.
- EA support to MD, eg organise and confirm meetings.
- Office management - answer phones, greet visitors, office & kitchen supplies, manage meeting rooms, maintain office facilities (eg cleaners, IT, security).
- Accounts - assisting with invoicing, job setup, and accounts payable.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Most importantly you are well presented, communicate professionally, enjoy working with others and helping people.
- Enjoy variety, learning new things, and being busy.
- Like to be organised, get the details right, and meeting new people.
- Office/admin experience including drafting professional Word documents and basic Excel spreadsheets.
- Preferably have worked with Office 365, especially Word and Outlook.
- Invested in further enhancing your skills and experience in HR and/or mgt/ business. Maybe you already have a qualification in HR, admin or business.
