**The role**

The acquisition of Citigroup Australia’s consumer business supports NAB's strategic growth ambition for Personal Banking, helping the bank achieve its goals faster as it drives toward being Australia's best Personal Bank. NAB has mobilised an integration team to support the transition of Citigroup Australia into NAB's Personal Banking Division and integration of both businesses.

The focus of this role is to play a leadership role in designing and executing on the build and migration of USL-white label partnership portfolio.

Day to day you will:

- Define the USL business requirements towards building the product chassis to onboard existing and new white label partners
- Translate strategy/business requirements into op-model design / customer episodes / capabilities / investment shaping
- Coordinate customer research to stress-test the growth opportunities & customer migration approach
- Definethe customer growth/retention plan and inputting into the customer migration plan
- Develop the 3-5 year USL product / holistic roadmap
- Drive development and delivery of specific strategy initiatives
- Synthesise findings and developing compelling, structured business presentations that clearly articulate recommendations

**What you will bring**:
With tertiary and/or post-graduate qualifications in management, business, IT or other relevant fields, you will also have relationship & stakeholder engagement & management experience that is second to none and ensured by your outstanding communication skills. You come to us with:

- Demonstrated extensive experience working in product management or delivery management in Financial Services industry
- Proven ability in strategic planning coupled with experience in program design and delivery
- Outstanding ability to effectively interact, challenge and influence stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience in complex problem solving and managing streams of work
- A positive attitude and strong motivation for continuous learning and development
