**About the Role**:
At Endeavour Foundation, we aspire to support people with a disability who want to develop skills and experience within a community, home, or work environment by matching supports to individuals and providing a range of programs that enable personal goals and outcomes.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Ensure that incidents and requests are handled according to agreed procedures.
- Install, repair, or maintain existing technologies under an ITIL framework.
- Ensure performance, security, and availability of SQL databases
- Conduct Business Intelligence design and implementation using Microsoft Business Intelligence stack (SSIS and SSRS)
- Flexibility as you may be required to work outside of normal business hours for planned out of hours work.
**What you will bring to the role**:
- Advanced SQL querying and Data analysis experience
- Advanced in SSIS, and SSRS
- Experience with Microsoft Azure is desirable
- Experience with SharePoint is desirable
- Skilled at writing and optimising large, complicated SQL statements
- Ability to plan and manage resource requirements from high level specifications
