**The Role**
The Salesforce Administrator/Analyst is responsible for adding value to the business by monitoring, managing, automating complex business process, and supporting organic expansion of Salesforce into other part of the business. The role will be part of a highly dynamic Analytics & Business Performance team, acting as a conduit between end users, senior management, ICT and other technology partners and Vendors, ensuring Salesforce platform continues to be a key enabler and deliver exceptional experience to the people we support
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Ensure data integrity & security by managing organisation wide defaults, permission sets, role hierarchy, setting up and managing SSO, MFA, renewals of Certificates and backing up & refreshing sandboxes
- Support enhancement, configuration, bug fixing and process improvement request from end users or business stakeholders by running workshops to gather requirements and design and implement a workable solution with proper documentation and following industry best practices.
- Collaborate and work in projects to expand the current footprint of Salesforce into other departmental area within the business.
- Work with Managed service partners, Vendors (such as SmartComm, DocuSign, 8x8) and Salesforce to triage issues requiring external support and escalations.
- Train new users and prepare SOP and training documents.
**What you will bring to the role**:
- Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, Business, or a related discipline.
Salesforce Administrator Certification.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, preferably working for a Not-for-Profit industry.
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Pardot and Not for Profit Success Pack (NPSP).
- Strong knowledge of Pardot Administration and Campaign syncing with Salesforce.
- Strong knowledge of Integration of CTI, Outlook, SmartComm, DocuSign, PowerBI and other Platform and Third-party Apps from AppExchange with Salesforce.
- Strong automation skills with Flow builder, Process Builder, Workflow and Approval.
- Strong technology, analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work through data to identify problems, opportunities, and solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to ensure clear and concise information is presented to all stakeholders.
