**A little bit about the role**:
As Endeavour continues to grow and support the community and workplace as a leading disability service provider, we have an exciting **Permanent Full-Time** opportunity for a Application Support Analyst

The role will include:
agreed performance statistics.
- Undertaking the day-to-day support, incident management, problem
identification, prioritisation and issue management
- Assisting in the planning and implementation of software releases or
changes to the environment.
- Installing, repairing, or maintaining existing technologies under an ITIL
framework.
- Ensuring performance, security, and availability of SQL databases
- Conducting Business Intelligence design and implementation using
Microsoft Business Intelligence stack (SSIS and SSRS)
- User access creation, monitoring, and maintenance of system security

**What will you bring**:

- Experience in the development of reports, dashboarding and data
analytics
- ITIL V3 Foundation certificate
- Advanced SQL querying and Data analysis experience
- Advanced in SSIS, and SSRS
- Experience with Microsoft Azure (desirable)
- Microsoft SQL (all versions)
- PowerShell scripting
- SQL Performance monitoring and tuning
