The Role:
Total Engineering Solutions Australia is seeking an experienced Payroll Officer to join our team in Wetherill Park. Reporting to the Director and being part of the TES team, this role will be responsible for all functions associated with the preparation and completion of each authorized pay run. This role will assist in compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, and deductions for remittance and preparing monthly and quarterly reporting. You will also be assisting employees with payroll and entitlements queries.

This is a Part-Time role working 24 hours per week with flexibility on days of working based on agreed days

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage payment processes and dissemination of pay slips and payroll communications in a timely and accurate manner.
- Collate and oversee the collation of payroll data from timesheets, spreadsheets and a time and attendance system.
- Maintain accurate superannuation records and update employee information as required.
- Management of weekly payroll

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 24 per week

**Salary**: $60,237.13 - $95,051.03 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
