**About the role**

As a Payroll Officer, you will be responsible for assisting in the administration of the fortnightly and weekly payroll, for the Mineral Resources and its entities as required.

Key responsibilities include:

- Ensure daily entering of timesheets
- Updating employee rates and personal details
- Running the payroll each week for the relevant company
- Administration and payment of Payroll Tax, PAYG Tax, Long Service Leave, Superannuation, Child Support
- Dealing with employee queries relating to payroll
- Providing letter of employment and earnings
- Ensuring the accuracy of employee and payroll records

**What you’ll bring to the team**
- Previous SAP HR/Payroll experience is preferred
- Previous experience in a high volume manual payroll position is essential
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Strong MS office skills
- Self-Motivated, able to work autonomously
- Strong attention to detail
- A positive team player who enjoys working in a supportive and dedicated team
