**THE CLIENT**

Work for a highly reputable household name within the Retail sector and the company has doubled in the last 2 years so is now paying 5000 Employees on a weekly basis. Excellent processes and integrated systems within a forward thinking environment, no manual data entry needed

**THE ROLE**
- Assist with processing weekly payroll within a team of 5
- Monitoring the inbox, investigating and resolving queries
- Setting up new starters, calculating terminations, redundancies, leaves, etc
- Prepare and reconcile payment summaries, superannuation and other payroll related tasks
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Opportunity to assist with process improvements

**THE PERSON**
- Payroll processing experience ideally within a high volume / weekly pay environment
- ADP / Kronos desirable but not essential
- Ability to manage high volume pays
- Knowledge of interpreting Awards/EBAs
- Excellent communication- Full working rights as this is a permanent role
