Join a leading retail & hospitality company with a payroll of 700+ employees. Working in a team of 4, you will be responsible for the end to end processing of either a weekly or fortnightly payroll using Preceda.

Experience with Preceda is not essential, however strong payroll domain knowledge is important.
**Your responsibilities will include**:

- End to end payroll processing and ensuring the interface with the time and attendance system is correct
- Processing new starters, terminations, salary adjustments, leave and superannuation
- Preparing dedicated and adhoc reports for the finance team
- Assist managers and staff with payroll matters and conditions of employment
- Ensure compliance with taxation and superannuation
- Process and calculate entitlements for workers compensation claims
- Responsible for the integrity of the payroll, reporting and budgets

**About you**
- Previous experience running end-to-end payroll, ideally in a multi EBA / Award environment
- Ability to master the payroll system and have strong knowledge of payroll practices
- Knowledge of superannuation, taxation rules and salary packaging
- Be a team player and responsive communicator
- Problem solver and proactive to engage with employees and management across the organisation
