**Job Description**:
**What you'll be doing**

We are currently seeking an organised and enthusiastic Talent & Culture Coordinator to support the human resources function at Hotel Chadstone Melbourne MGallery

Key responsibilities of this role include:

- Co-ordinate the induction and onboarding of new employees
- Ensure individual employee files are maintained and comply with all legal and company obligations
- Assist with the planning of internal events eg: team meetings, social activities and wellbeing initiatives
- Administer the Accor online training platform and maintain accurate records
- Support the Talent & Culture team with ad-hoc HR projects, business initiatives, and roll-out of company events and initiatives
- Assist in drafting and posting ads, screening of applicants, interviewing, and assisting managers with recruitment interviews, reference checks, social media promotions, etc.
- Co-ordinate the ongoing implementation and management of the staff performance review program
- Assist in the constant improvement of HR procedures and management.

**Qualifications**:
**What we're looking for**
- demonstrated experience in administration
- strong organisational and planning skills with high attention to detail
- creative flair and enthusiasm for driving employee engagement initiatives
- the ability to work independently
- the confidence to engage with senior stakeholders in the business
- whilst not essential, you will ideally have a background or qualification in HR and/or experience in the hotel industry
